Jam & Bands Term 1

The first EMA Jam and Bands night for 2026 has just passed and what a night to remember! 22 Solo acts and 9 bands have worked hard for the whole term and finally got the opportunity to show us what they can do.

On top of this our entire evening was planned, staffed and executed by the EMA Interns of the Student House Band. Well done to them for putting on such a great show!

The solo acts were engaging and exciting and the bands, powerful and commanding with their massive tones and amazing presence.

The first show of the year has elevated EMA Bands and performers to the next level showing Auckland City that EMA shows are not just for fun, but a Professional showcase of the next generation of musicians.

Well done to all the performers and staff involved, thank you to our amazing community for coming out to support and get hyped for the next!
